by U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation
On October 14, U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation supporters and guests gathered for "A Night with Team USA" at Acqualina Resort and Spa in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, hosted by USOPF Trustee Johnathan Robertson. U.S. Olympians Christie Rampone (soccer, 2000, '04, '08, '12), Rowdy Gaines (swimming, 1984), Carly Patterson (gymnastics, 2004) and Daryl Homer (fencing, 2012, '16), and U.S. Paralympian Matt Stutzman (archery, 2012, '16) were in attendance, sharing their incredible stories during a question-and-answer panel and leading interactive sport demonstrations. Throughout the evening, guests celebrated Team USA's success at the Rio 2016 Games, looked ahead to PyeongChang 2018 and Tokyo 2020, and learned about the need for philanthropic support to aid U.S. Olympians, Paralympians and hopefuls in achieving their dreams. Many thanks to Johnathan for making such a fantastic evening possible!
