We recognize that behind the competitive spirit of Team USA athletes are people striving to create well-rounded lives. We help support the whole athlete from the start of their career to their retirement and beyond through direct funds, programs and services that help them excel in their day-to-day lives, on and off the field of play. We are involved in everything from career and education, to financial and emotional well-being, to how athletes use their platform and more.

Whether actively competing or retired and looking for the next step, we offer Team USA athletes programs and services to achieve excellence in all aspects of their lives.

    Continuing Education

    We grant over $800,000 annually in tuition grants to support Team USA athletes in their education goals. In-state tuition opportunities are available in California, Colorado and Utah.

The Athlete Ombuds team offers Team USA athletes a safe place to seek confidential, independent, impartial advice and assistance with sport-related matters.

    Legal Aid Program

    Eligible Team USA athletes without sufficient financial means can seek aid for fees and costs associated with legal representation for sport-related claims within the Movement.

Mental Health & Mental Performance

Taking care of your psychological health and well-being is a daily practice, and our psychological services team is uniquely positioned to support through mental health resources or optimizing your performance through mental skills training.

    Covered Support

    All outpatient mental health services for Team USA athletes enrolled in EAHI are covered by EAHI. Team USA athletes without EAHI have access to the Mental Health Assistance Fund to cover most of their mental health services.
