USA Pentathlon Multisport has qualified one female athlete, Jessica Savner (Davis), to represent Team USA at the Paris Olympics. The maximum team size is two women and two men, with international qualifications beginning at the 2023 Pan American Games and continuing through an international ranking system based on select events during the 2024 World Cup season. This lengthy and challenging qualification process has athletes chasing points around the globe in hopes of making the Olympic Team.

Modern Pentathlon includes a round-robin fencing event (épée), a fencing bonus round, a 200m swim, equestrian show-jumping, and concludes with an exciting Laser Run where the first person to cross the finish line wins. Athletes train 4-6 hours per day across these different disciplines, six days a week, with most training for 8-16 years before becoming competitive on the international circuit.

Jessica Savner (Davis) will be the sole representative of Team USA in the pentathlon, drawing all attention to her. With a strong fencing background, she stands a good chance in this dynamic and competitive field. Savner currently resides in Concord, Connecticut, and trains at the New York Athletic Club in New York City.
