About Community Resource Groups #
Community Resource Groups (CRGs) are USOPC-sponsored, team member-led voluntary associations of people with common interests. Comprised of USOPC and National Governing Body staff, the CRG mission is to provide a forum to exchange ideas, information and perspectives that foster learning and allyship in the workplace. CRG members will develop the leadership and professional skills to champion causes that advance the movement, while building networks, friendships and community.
DisCO CRG is the Disability Community Organization. The group's mission is to become courageous leaders and supporters within the disability community by promoting education, networking, and allyship. DisCO CRG aspires to foster belonging of disabled individuals on our staff and within our communities, including Paralympians and athletes with disabilities.
ELiS serves to empower and connect team members within the Movement through networking opportunities, mentorship, and discussions with industry experts and thought leaders. ELiS aims to amplify the unique voices and perspectives that exist throughout The Movement and help everyone reach their respective goals.
POC Life serves to foster a culture and community to promote racial and social justice in sport and life. The group is committed to connecting with and cultivating change to provide an inclusive environment for all diverse employees within the Olympic movement.
PRIDE Link aims to elevate the professional success and wellbeing of all LGBTQIA+ team members (USOPC and NGB) through:
- Providing network opportunities to develop personally and professionally
- Providing mentorship for professional growth
- Creating opportunities for community outreach
Women’s NET's purpose is to empower women in the Olympic and Paralympic movement to achieve their goals for personal wellbeing and professional success. Women’s NET is committed to advancing inclusion for women of all backgrounds within the Movement. The group fosters fantastic community regardless of gender.
