U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation

The U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Foundation NextGen program is a community of young professionals with a passion for sport and the Olympic and Paralympic movements. Representing diverse backgrounds, professions, locations and experience, NextGen leaders raise awareness of the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee’s mission and advocate for Team USA within their communities.

The NextGen Member Experience#

  • Your Role

To grow as a philanthropic leader within the Olympic and Paralympic movements and to share the stories of Team USA athletes who represent one of the only nations that doesn’t receive federal funding.

  • The Opportunity

Connect with aspiring young leaders from around the country to attend local, national, and international sporting and social events. Engage with USOPC leadership and athletes to learn the inner workings of Team USA.

  • Get Involved

Support Team USA with a minimum $5,000 donation to help provide vital services for athletes, such as mental health resources, career transition support, health insurance and more. Lend your expertise to make a tangible impact on the lives of Team USA athletes.
