Promoting an Inclusive, Safe and Fair Culture
Inspired by a commitment to innovate, elevate and advance sport, the USOPC continues to improve how we show up for athletes so they can represent Team USA and realize their Olympic and Paralympic dreams. We could not do this without the close partnership with our community of National Governing Bodies (NGBs), collegiate programs, coaches and others across our broader ecosystem to create more access to sport. Together we are cultivating an environment that promotes excellence in performance, safety and fairness, operational acumen and diversity, equity and inclusion.
In 2023, we fueled the future of the Movement, ensuring continued access to sport and addressing changes in the collegiate landscape to protect the Olympic and Paralympic sport pipeline. The USOPC also brought together stakeholders across our ecosystem to develop a five-year Strategic Plan which will set the stage for our organization leading up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games Los Angeles 2028.
