Here you can find a list of lawyers who have asserted that they have represented athletes in sport related disputes within the Olympic and Paralympic Movement. The lawyers on this list have made themselves available to discuss representation of any athlete, coach, referee or official. Any engagement or fee arrangement would be between you and them.

The purpose of the Athlete Legal Aid Program is to assist eligible Team USA Athletes without sufficient financial means to seek aid for fees and costs associated with legal representation or the proceeding itself with respect to claims before an anti-doping organization, National Governing Body, International Federation, the U.S. Center for SafeSport, United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, IOC/IPC, Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), or other sport-related tribunal within the Olympic and Paralympic Movement.

The purpose of the Team USA Commercial Agreements Resource program is to empower eligible Team USA athletes to better understand their rights and value in the marketplace, specific terms of a commercial agreement, impacts of an agreement on their name, image, and likeness, as well as how the USOPC Athlete Marketing Platform (AMP), NGB-Athlete agreements, and/or commercial sponsorship agreements intersect with other commercial commitments and opportunities.

The Integrity Portal is an online reporting platform that allows individuals to confidentially or anonymously report concerns to the USOPC. Anyone may report a concern through the Integrity Portal relating to the USOPC’s or NGBs’ compliance with their bylaws, policies, or procedures, or the Ted Stevens Olympic and Amateur Sports Act; ethics matters such as conflicts of interest; and governance matters concerning the USOPC or NGBs. Anyone may also report alleged employee misconduct, code of conduct violations, or other concerns regarding the USOPC. The USOPC's Speak Up Policy strictly prohibits retaliation against individuals who report concerns.
